This AXIS Crank is installed on our custom X15 ergometer. It is in use at the Queensland Academy of Sport in a Phd research project. The feedback we get from all our research partners assist in refining our technology.

  • Axis Cranks Pty Ltd has developed new and innovative technology that allows external force vectors to be measured on any cantilevered mechanical member.
  • The first application of this technology has been in the field of elite cycling.  By incorporating our propriety load-cell measuring technology in a bicycle crank arm, we have enabled the measurement of the forces applied by a cyclist through the pedal.
